  • Accumulating ingredients of the same properties (e.g., a stamella shroom plus a stamella shroom) will compound the beneficial effects.

Energizing Mushroom Skewer

Requires: One Stamella Shroom. Grants approximately 1/4 stamina wheel and 1 health.

Benefits: 1 health, approximately 1/4 stamina bar

Ingredients: Hylian Shroom + Stamella Shroom
Benefits: 2 health, approximately 1/4 stamina bar

Ingredients: Stamella Shroom + Stamella Shroom
